THE GREAT CANADIAN SHORELINE CLEANUP AT THE HYDE WETLAND CONSERVATION AREAThe Rosewood Community Association's 1st Annual Shoreline cleanup took place on Sunday, September 29, 2013. It was a very windy day but the sun was shinning which made it a wonderful day for the cleanup.
Total weight of items collected: 91 pounds Items collected included: Construction tarps, constructions plastic, plastic bags, paper, food wrappers * Check back for the more information on the next cleanups scheduled for May and September 2014. |

THE PRINCIPLES OF LANDSCAPING AND LANDSCAPE PLANNING SESSION
On June 11, 2013 the Rosewood Community Association held it's first community activity and it was a great success!
A special thanks to Vic Krahn our presenter from Lakeshore Garden Centre, who fielded numerous questions from participants and even had us laughing during this informative session.
Due to the positive response from participants at this session, the RCA is looking at holding another session.
