Newsletter Frequency (Quarterly Editions)

• March (spring): ​distributed end of February/early March
• June (summer): distributed end of May/early June
• September (fall): distributed end of August/early September
• December (winter): distributed end of November/early December

Proof Due Dates

Our next newsletter will be mailed out at the beginning of August, 2024.  If you would like to purchase advertising please have it in to us by June 14, 2024!

Current Advertising Rates

• Business Card Size: $ 50.00   (3.5 inches Wide x 2 inches Height)
• Quarter Page Size:   $ 75.00   (3.75 inches Wide x 5 inches Height)
• Half Page Size:         $ 150.00   (7.5 inches Wide x 5 inches Height)
• ​Full Page Size:         $ 500.00   (7.5 inches Wide x 10 inches Height)

Advertising Formats

​Advertisement should be submitted as follows:

• Image file (png, tiff, or jpeg) 
• ​Files should be saved in the highest resolution to ensure quality.

Advertisement should be print ready:

• Ads not print ready/needing modification may incur additional cost.​

Note: Newsletters are currently printed in colour. If you prefer to provide your advertisement in black and white the cost remains the same.
