​There has been some confusion regarding the boundaries of Rosewood.
Arbutus Properties is marketing an area of Rosewood as The Meadows Community, this area is not a separate community, it is a development within the Rosewood Community.

The Rosewood Community is bordered by Highway 16, Boychuk Drive, Hyde Park, Taylor Street East, and the rail line to the east.

Property Taxes

Interested in finding out more information about property taxes for Rosewood residents!
Property tax notifications are sent out to residents in May and taxes are due by June 30. Each year the City sends out notifications as to the timing for releases and due dates of taxes.
