Art Therapy Exploration Sessions -
(FALL 2014)

Program description:

Each of the 4 sessions will focus on a different art medium and how it can be used therapeutically.  The therapist will walk participants through what Art Therapy is, and how it can be used to reduce everyday stress, anxiety and how to use art to help to work through grief.  The therapist will also go through some easy ways you can incorporate art into your everyday.  There will be an art project to complete each week.

Days: Thursdays
Dates: September 18 - October 9, 2014
Time: 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Location: St. Luke School (arts & science room)
Cost: $ 75.00
Ages: 16 yrs & over

If you do not have a current Rosewood Community Association membership or membership from another City of Saskatoon Community Association, there will be an additional $15.00 for an RCA membership card which is valid for your entire immediate family.

The cost for an individual or family membership is $15 and renewed annually in August. By becoming part of your community association you are helping to bring activities and events to Rosewood.
