2023 Vendor Information
COST: $ 75 per 6 ft table (2 chairs included) / If power is required it must be arranged in advance and is an additional $ 10.

A few items to note when signing up:
- To have a variety of vendors, Rosewood Community Association reserves the right to cancel registrations of duplicate companies/products. Please indicate what you intend on selling on your application.
- Payment must received within 7 days of receiving registration approval or your spot will be cancelled
- Payment can be made via credit card or through e-transfer to [email protected]
- Details regarding set-up, etc. will be sent to you once your vendor registration has closed.
- Refunds will not be available after October 15, 2023
- Only one table per network marketing company–first come first serve (or partner with your fellow business owners)
- No tacks, pins, or staples to be placed on the tables, walls or floors.
- No glitter or open flames are permitted.
- Event advertising will be provided via signs, website and social media leading up to the event. We will be highlighting vendors on our social media platforms - be sure to follow Rosewood Community Association on Facebook and Instagram!
