Renelle Blanchette Began working with the Rosewood Community Association to bring yoga to Rosewood residents in the fall of 2015 and will continue in 2016.
A bit about Renelle:
Yoga has been a part of my life for approximately eight years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and more courageous, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and bring presence to my life.
I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with the Yandara Yoga Institute and my Restorative Yoga Teachers Training with Namaskar Yoga. I will always continue to be a student of the practice of yoga and am truly grateful for the people and opportunities it has brought into my life. In my classes, I encourage students to build a relationship between the mind, body, and breath, allowing them to be present and create a space free from obstacles. I love to combine creative sequences with a spirit of playfulness, inspiring students to deepen and nurture their own practice.
My favorite yoga styles are vinyasa flow, yin, and restorative, so my classes are a reflection of my taste. In addition to yoga, I love to bake, knit, play hockey, and most recently, crossfit. Yoga for me, is about finding balance between all the things you love.
I hope to see new and experienced yoga students on the mat soon! Namaste!
